In January 2026, our school proudly participated in its second trip to the HNMUN-LA in Panama City. The delegation traveled with excitement and determination, eager to represent our school in one of the most competitive Model United Nations conferences in the region. Leading the group was our head delegate, Juan Pablo Campero, whose enthusiasm and commitment motivated the entire team throughout the conference. The competition this year proved especially challenging, as students from many outstanding schools and delegations participated in intense debates and negotiations. Despite the high level of difficulty, our delegates demonstrated resilience, preparation, and professionalism in their respective committees. They worked hard to defend their countries’ positions, collaborate with other delegates, and improve their public speaking and diplomatic skills. Although the delegation returned with only one official recognition, it was still an important achievement. Joaquin Molina earned a Verbal Mention for his excellent participation and dedication during committee sessions. His award reflected the effort and perseverance shown by the entire team. Most importantly, the trip provided unforgettable experiences, valuable lessons, and motivation for future conferences and continued growth in Model United Nations activities.
